FRESH (2010). With special guest author, food educator (and Piermont Trustee) Joan Gussow. Directed by Ana Sofia Joanes. "A brisk indictment of industrial farming and its devastating toll on our soil, health and livestock" (New York Times) leavened with case studies that prove people can and do make sustainable, environmentally friendly methods work. This fascinating documentary will lead to a round-table discussion chaired by Joan Gussow on our food, our farmers, and our way of eating.
