Join us on Friday, November 15th, from 10:30 – 11:30 am for Gentle Yoga with Katie Stoeckeler! Classes will be slow-paced and will focus on participants finding proper alignment and support within each posture. We will move through a series of gentle movements, connecting body with breath. Modifications and mindfulness meditations will be offered throughout. All levels welcome; come as you are! Bring your own mat or towel 🙂
