Art Show of the Month: Small Works on Stainless Steel by Rose Pizzi
For the month of August, the Piermont Library presents our Art Show of the Month- Small Works on Stainless Steel by Rose Pizzi. The pieces are done in mixed media (acrylics, water colors, and pastels) on stainless steel and wood and include a series of 9 pieces all 9″ by 5″. Pizzi’s subject matter comes primarily from the natural world. As Pizzi explains, “I have always enjoyed using wood or other materials for my canvas. It challenges me to use different techniques to achieve the look I want. I hope you enjoy them.”
